On 1 August, 2024, UGCCF, the first virtual  college,  GCCF University was officially founded by Non profit Non Governmental Organizations which is initiated across 165 countries that works for adaptation and mitigation of climate crisis 

UGCCF began with a visionary commitment to education and climate leadership, founded through dedicated contributions of knowledge, resources, and purpose-driven support. From the outset, donors to UGCCF emphasized targeted giving—ensuring that every contribution directly advances specialized learning, research, and training to educate students as future global climate and sustainability leaders.
